Dear Allotments Association members

This is a reminder about our Flower and Produce Show held on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September 2018.  Please come to see the Show over the two days at the village hall, Capel St Mary, open from 11.00am.

Why not exhibit at the Show? If you have not got a Show Schedule you can view one online, (see above).  Exhibitors please enter on line at: www.capelallotments.co.uk/contactus/show-entry-form   Bring your entry fees when you stage your exhibits on Saturday 1st.   If you are unable to complete an on- line entry please bring your hand- written entry forms along to 14 Snowcroft Capel St Mary on Tuesday 28th August, (closing date from 8pm).

Plot holders and previous exhibitors have already received a show schedule.

As a member of Capel St Mary Allotments Association you will have received draw tickets. Please support the Draw as it is the main fundraiser that helps finance the running of the Show.  Should you require further Draw tickets contact Angie or purchase when you attend the Show weekend.
